Returns & Delivery
Our aim is to process all orders on the day received or next working day. Most orders are despatched by courier services although some smaller orders will be despatched by Royal Mail.
We aim to process all orders in the shortest time possible, but occasionally delays may occur during peak periods or due to unavailability of stock. For this reason we do not guarantee delivery times. However, orders should be processed quickly, so if you feel there may be an unusual delay with your order and you have not already been contacted by us, please email email@example.com so we can advise you of the situation.
Once you have placed your order online, you will receive an automated email from the website confirming your order details. Please check this thoroughly to ensure your name and address details are correct and all the items you have ordered are listed. If you find any errors, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can resolve the issue for you.
We are commited to keeping our prices low and this includes the carriage charges. Your £3.99 goes towards paying for the postage, packaging & processing of your order. Wreal Ltd subsidise the cost of most parcels that we despatch.

New Goods: If on receipt you are not completely satisfied, simply return the goods unused in the original packaging to the Bourton on the Water store within 7 days for a full refund. We regret that carriage charges are not refundable.
Faulty/Damaged Goods: If an item is damaged/faulty on receipt, please contact us immediately for advice. DO NOT return used items before you have contacted us for approval. Should your return of a used item be approved, please ensure that the item is returned in a clean/hygenic condition, failure to do so may result in the item being discarded without compensation.
We are unable to cover any postage costs should you need to return any items to us from outside of the UK mainland for any reason.

For orders being sent to UK mainland addresses carriage is £3.99 per order for standard delivery.
We also offer an URGENT NEXT DAY delivery service for just £9.00 (UK mainland addresses only), this service is only available Mon-Thu on orders placed before 12pm (not including Bank Holidays) and is available at the checkout. Orders must be placed before 12pm for dispatch that day (orders placed after 12pm may be dispatched the following day but will still be charged at the higher rate). If you decide to select NEXT DAY delivery, please ensure that all the items you have ordered are showing as IN STOCK in your shopping basket. Items that are "due in 3-5 days" cannot be dispatched immediately (you may still be charged the higher rate of postage if you select the option). NEXT DAY delivery is a weekday service only, if you order on Friday before 12pm, your order will be delivered the next WORKING day, being Monday. Certain heavy items may be subject to extra carriage charges but you will be informed of this before we process the order.

For most overseas delivery we use Royal Mail International signed for services.
The standard international shipping price is £15.00
